物語かと思ったら
大半が意見文ぽい。
背景知識に乏しい私にとって
これはたいへん。
なかなか進みません。
明日には終わる予定なのですが。
そんな中
いまマリーンズは雨で試合中断、とのこと。
球団公式サイトのスコア速報で知りました。
３－１。２点のリード。
このまま雨天コールドにしませんか！？
ファイターズ相手だし。
明日は成瀬VSダルビッシュ。
成瀬君は同い年なので、
というか、春の選抜から注目していました。
いい投手だなー、と。
背番号６０なのに頑張っている姿を見て
自分も彼に負けないようになー、と。
…結局この試合どーなるの！？

I think it is fantastic that you are making such an effort to read so many books. I think that being well-read is highly correlated with being successful in life (just my opinion, I do not know of any data that would support me). Regarding baseball, after watching the Red Sox blow a 7 - 2 lead against the Yankees in the 8th inning I have decided to give up and try to be more productive with my time.

The reason why I read so many books is… I have to do so!
Several days ago, I returned to my hometown and went to the library(H city library).
And I found that there were so many Richard Wrights' works. In M city, I couldn't find his works(written in Japanese) because these books were published in the 1960~70s. So it's a great chance for me! Then I started to read them during my stay here.
By the way, thank you for telling me the secret to understand English grammar. Have you ever read 大西 泰斗『ハートで感じる英文法』（NHK出版）? If not, you can find one at 生協 bookstore. Personally, this book is helpful for me to understand English grammar. So, what do you think about this book as a native English speaker?
